Terms & Conditions

Once at Madrid Airport, please do not leave the terminal building without calling Aerocity's 24 hour office on 91 747 75 70 (or call 900.71.35.83 toll-free from public telephones within the airport).

Then, after talking with one of the agents, go to the bus stop marked BUS HOTEL located curbside in arrivals terminals T1, T2 or T4. (In terminal one, fifty meters to the right of arrival hall number 2, leaving the building without crossing the road. In terminal two, in front of arrival hall number five, crossing the road. In Terminal 4, following the hotel bus-stop signs, outside the terminal downstairs.)

Terminal 3 is connected to terminal 2 and collections from this terminal are done there.

Payment should be made direct to the driver in cash, for the amount indicated in your booking confirmation. Driver gratuities that may be set at your entire discretion. Official receipts for the total amount are available from the driver upon request.
